I love flowery hair accessories and found this tutorial on Cut Out + Keep (if you are crafty and haven't joined, join already!). It is an orchid. You could probably cut it down smaller if you wanted to make it for a little girl. I found the clip at Hobby Lobby. You can buy a bag for $3.99. This, of course, means more hair clips. Stay tuned.
